Meet Dr. Ivy

Ivy Avanessian Fua, DDS

Dr. Ivy Fua was born and raised in Southern California and currently resides in the surrounding neighborhood of Toluca Lake. She is a board certified pediatric dentist and received her pediatric dentistry training from USC. She received her dental degree from UCSF and her bachelors degree from University of California, Santa Cruz.

In dental school, Dr. Ivy became passionate about treating children and went on to complete her pediatric dentistry residency at USC. Dr. Ivy is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She also dedicates one day a week treating high risk children with special needs at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles (CHLA).

Dr. Ivy is a member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.

Dr. Ivy’s favorite aspect of pediatric dentistry is building relationships with her patients and their families. She loves making a positive impact on children and teens and loves coming to work every day.

When she isn’t at the office, you can find Dr. Ivy spending time with her husband Sione and young son Sione Jr. She loves nature and is a huge Disney fan.
